"(Updated) The camera itself is quite good quality and great for notifications and is easy to connect and watch from your phone. The issue is that even with an SD card it will only let me you watch the first 10 seconds of any recorded motion because they want you to pay for a cloud subscription to watch any more. Also they have no way to currently view on a computer without using an emulator.The customer support has been exceptional with trying to help with the issues and directing me to their other models that are set up better for what I was looking for."

I have this camera all around my house. Easy to install and easy to use. I had issue with the one that I bought but I contact their support service team. I have been using Aosu Wireless Security Cameras, both indoor and outdoor, and have been very please with the performance. That said I had one camera that was having a problem recharging. I contacted Aosu Support and they were awesome. They responded very quickly to my email and after assessing the problem they determined that the best course of action was to replace my camera. Aosu support placed an order and I receive a new camera within two days. I couldn't have asked for any better service and support....Davidjon laughton

J'ai acheté ma première caméra sans fil AOSU 2K en avril 2025. L'installation a été facile à configurer et simple à utiliser. La qualité d'image est claire, la détection de mouvement est très bonne, avec une excellente clarté vidéo. Ensuite j'ai acheté une autre caméra 1 mois plus tard. Environ 9 mois plus tard, une caméra a démontré un défaut de recharge de la batterie. J'ai envoyé un courriel au service client à l'aide de l'application avec les explications et photos à l'appui. Après quelques jours, un personne de l'équipe de soutien, soit Ann, m'a avisé par courriel qu'une nouvelle caméra me serait envoyée sans frais, avec garantie de 1 année, et sans besoin de retourner la caméra défectueuse. cette nouvelle caméra a été installée et fonctionne très bien à ce jour. J'ai installé une source USB raccordée sur ma lumière extérieur pour recharger au besoinJ'ai eu une très bonne expérience avec l'équipe de soutien d'Aosu. Incredibly user friendly. Takes only a few minutes to set up with your device through the AOSU app and even easier to add more units later.I have had multiple different systems from other manufacturers over the years but none of them are anywhere close to as good as these.I now have 6 outdoor cameras from AOSU covering my property and I couldn't be happier with the products and services provides.What Customers Talk About
