"I feel like with the current technology 2K is really all you need! Looks super crisp and you get a higher frame rate with 2K (165+ hz). I really don’t see a difference from the 4K we have at my work (plus those only do 60hz, which is not great for gaming)"

Decent monitor for the price. However, I'm unsure if this is actual HDMI 2.1 due to the monitors 144 hertz maximum refresh rate over HDMI which is equal to the maximum refresh rate possible over HDMI 2.0 in general, I think. Lenovo's own website states HDMI 2.0 and not 2.1. Does it matter? To some it might matter especially with VRR although, without being an expert, AMD Freesync with AMD GPU should also work over HDMI 2.0 in most cases. One of my other Lenovo gaming monitors is leaving me just as confused due to it being advertised as HDMI 2.1 compatible but maximum resolution and refresh rate possible are also equal to HDMI 2.0 (but Lenovo did state the correct resolution and refresh rate possible in the sales material but claims it is archived by HDMI 2.1 and not HDMI 2.0).Other than the above the product is great including color and brightness.grut

They're beautiful, were a well needed upgrade from 1 37" 1080p monster... I paid $300 each for them (sept 2021), they've gone up quite a bit in price since then (July 2022 now).chas brightly

I own lots of games, and lots of gaming monitors. This is probably the best value for the money, since you get incredible resolution, and hertz. You will not be a better player at games with us, but they will strike you as slightly more beautiful, and with better color, and You will have an awesome time. I enjoyed the ease of use, and it ran anything I threw at it. You might be tempted to get a 4K monitor, but at this size you do not want one, this is the perfect resolution for the size and distance from the eye that you are likely to use. Clear, bright, fast.I would say that it is a little pricey, but you literally cannot find another monitor with all of these features basically at any price.mr r s thomas

I bought this to replace an older 22" monitor which was actually replaced with an older slower Lenovo monitor in the same format. Installation was easy, fitting into the dual-monitor arm setup I have with no issues. My setup is now a little nicer with two monitors of the same size and resolution. The colors on both monitors match very closely, requiring no adjustment.I'm not a twitch gamer so I'm not noticing a huge difference in play but can confirm it is capable of the higher framerates. It has a built-in USB hub which I have found problematic to use as it is off when the monitor is off and seems to disconnect and reconnect power to devices when resuming from sleep. Though I can confirm that the PC will wake the monitor if devices plugged into it are clicked or wiggled. There are several USB settings in the OSD that are not well explained in any documentation I can find which is a real shame as someone probably went to a fair bit of effort to implement them. The monitor controls are on the side which can be an issue for people with a multi-monitor setup or even just with little clearance (mine is up against my printer stand). Fortunately, I don't need to access them frequently so this is barely even an annoyance but the older Lenovo monitor has them on the front at the bottom right which is just simply more sensible.Other than the minor quibbles though, I'm very happy with this monitor. What Customers Talk About
