"I was going to get this. NanoCell series is a equivalent of QLED of Samsung. So thought this was a great deal. Until, I came to know that this TV has a VA panel not IPS.IPS is great for viewing angles. VA is not. You have to sit straight for the viewing experience to be right.Check the YouTube videos for samples before making a purchase. If this suits your needs, then you can go for it."

I wanted to buy a 55" TV for under 80k. With that as a term of reference, I proceeded with my research and hunt for a TV with an overall experience.I immediately marked off budget brands due to service and picture quality of these models. However, it's important to add that Hisense TVs are the best in budget models.Narrowing down my search to Sony, Samsung and LG. I did my online research and shortlisted Samsung. When I went to check out the picture quality in person, I realised Samsung doesn't stand anywhere close to the LG or the Sony in terms of picture quality.I homed down to LG, due to the amazing deal provided by the retailer on this TV during the republic day sale. The pros of this TV are:-1. Magic remote- indeed magically. My neighbour with a Sony OLED is jealous of my remote.2. Picture quality- as good if not better than the Sony.3. Design- Better than Sony, as good as Samsung.4. Sound- amazing.5. Interface- minimilistic yet sufficient. Quick and responsive.6. VFM- if you get a good deal. Got this TV for less than 40K and I am so far happy with it. Delivered on time and installed by the LG personnel as promised. WebOs is very simple to us and I find it very Intuitive to use it. I like the user interface of the OS. No training needed to get it going. Sound and colour is very good and for a bedroom size of 20x16 it is a perfect TV.
