"I really liked the story -- couldn't wait to see how it turned out -- got to the end and found I had to buy more books to get it. I feel when this is the case -- it should be stated right up front that there is a cliffhanger that requires the reader to read another book -- or, in this case 2 books. I will not read any of this author's work again."

Where do I even start with how much I enjoyed reading a new release by Arkadie?! Honestly I couldn't put this book down, and was pretty much hooked on every page. The sizzling chemistry between Paisley and Hercules, and the moments in which they were together had me rooting hard for the modern star crossed lovers. Both characters were faceted and flawed in their own ways, but together I can't wait to see if fate, and their feuding families will be kinder to them for their love to flourish - the suspense, secrets and twists are killing me! Interesting book for the two old friends who evidently have soul ties because they are definitely drawn to one another. This is the story of Paisley Grove and Hercules Valentine. They have been told by their grandparents to not to have anything to do with one another.
