"I had a molar that I wanted to saved despite advise fro 3 different dentists for extraction & other measures, I used Sendodyne Pronamel & taking Xylitol mints: the molar stopped bleeing & seemed to stableized itself(?). Then after just ONE use of this toothpaste, it (the mentioned molar) AND the whole mouth sred (I couldn't chew apples & raw carrots as I usually did), I stopped using it & neverything went back to normal after 1 day. I also read about ressearches on "Adverse Biophysical Effects of Hydroxyapatite Nanoparticles on Natural Pulmonary Surfectant": it was scary! Besides, this toothpaste tasted awful!...Be VERY CAUTIOUS using this & stay alert of any change after use (even ONCE as in my case)."

I am happy with my purchase. I was looking for an all- natural toothpaste, and I chose this brand based on the positive reviews from EWG. It is a bit pricy for toothpaste, but the ingredients aren't horrible chemicals, and it doesn't have fluoride, if that is what you are looking for. Also, it comes in a metal tube instead of plastic. As far as effectiveness, I feel it's just as good as what I was using before and I haven't noticed any adverse effects. The spearmint flavor is subtle but nice.mellieb
