"The media could not be loaded. Attached a video in my review.Everything is absolutely great about this washlet. Endless warm water was the important feature that I was looking for, making the seat slimmer, and save energy as well since it has no water tank. Seat can heat well. Dryer works well as well.My main gripe is the seat. I thought it was the bracket being not tight enough, but apparently it's the seat itself. Somehow, metal attachment that the bidet seat has isn't "tight" enough, causing it to be able to wobble per my video. I think it's still ok even if it's slanted because I see that it's still at least sitting on the toilet rim, so it shouldn't break due to sitting down on it (crossing my fingers)."

We bought one of these for each of our bathrooms after seeing/trying one in a friend's house. They work great and help make you fresh and clean and the warm seat so cozy during this cold winter. The deodorizing fan works well too, seldom need to use the ceiling fan in bathroom. Comes with everything including water supply "T". Easy install except you will need a convenient AC outlet nearby. If you are lucky the longish cord will reach, if you are handy you will install an outlet for it, if you aren't stand by... an electrician will charge as much as the cost of this bidet seat!gary

I bought the K300 when we renovated the upstairs bathrooms. It is an upgrade from the C5 which we have in the downstairs bath, mainly because there is unlimited hot water. I'm not sure if it's worth the higher price, but I don't like running out of hot water either.everett ritchie

Elongated seat version: One of our family members suffers from IBS and this has been a life changer for them. The multiple profiles makes it easy for both halves of our marriage to use, and the heated butt seat is something I never knew I was missing that I never want to be without again. I am 6'5 245 lb and it's a little tight for me but I still fit. If I'd purchased the variant with the water tank in the back I am unsure if I'd fit on it, well worth the extra $100-ish. It should fit average people under 6 foot perfectly well. I love that it came with all the items needed for wall-mounting the remote, and installation of the seat itself was super easy. The hardest part was getting the rubber grommets into the holes of the toilet, but I missed the instruction that said to get them wet first and then they popped right in. I was even able to remove it as we are moving to a new home with relative ease. Just remember to measure everything based on the instructions to ensure this fits your toilet, and that you either have an outlet in reach or a water resistant extension cord to use in your bathroom.We have been raving about this to all of our friends and family, and would absolutely buy this again!julie razavi

I don’t usually write reviews here on Amazon, but this Toto washlet is absolutely amazing. After it does its job, I’ve never felt cleaner. No chafing, just pure delectable cleanliness of my bunghole. When I’m away on vacation or on business trips, I miss my Toto so so much. It has become my best friend in the morning.
