"It includes a ton of features without any of the seemingly unnecessary ones. That being said after a review of the fit chart from TOTO, and calling them I have found it does not work with the WASHLET+ toilets ( the ones with the extra hole to hide the water and electric lines). This is confusing to many buyers as they recently changed the name of that feature. To me this is insane as this is TOTO's newest seat and to not have that feature as standard is silly. Also before purchase triple check your measurements as TOTO's fit chart shows that it will work with certain models but after contacting TOTO care they stated that it will not work with three of the listed models ( specifically the Aquia IV, the Aimes, and the Legato.Lastly if you plan to mount this on your existing throne: yes, it will function, but look ridiculous due to it's width."

Love my bidet. 2nd one in my home. This one was easier to install since I figured out everything on the 1st one. Those pesky rubber sleeves that don't seem to want to go through the holes in the toilet made me crazy the 1st time. Just put together the entire base unit, including screwing the screws down into the rubber sleeve, use a rubber mallet and tap them through. You won't be fighting for toilet paper if we have another pandemic! Love it!l r morgan

I'm happy to say that we installed this in our master bath 2 years ago, and have had zero problems with it. It does what it says it does, though we do not use all of the features (such as air drying, and seat heating).
