"It does a great job of loosening up my brown sugar, but I’ve started noticing small black specks in it after using this. They look like clumps of heated sugar, but I’m not sure that’s what they are. This only started happening after I began using the disc. I always wash the jar and check the sugar when adding new packs, and keep it sealed, so I’m not sure what’s causing it."

I bought this because I was tired of reaching for new sugar only to find that it was hard as a rock. I used to use a piece of bread to keep sugar soft but couldn’t count on the moisture lasting. This works MUCH better and lasts for a long time.jon b
