"I own a couple of other Bestek products my experience has been positive. This tower changing system is nice as well.Pros:Small form factor that is vertical which I believe is more natural for most charging cables and prevents stress when used.Each set of plugs and can be turned off independently.Unit provides surge protection.This unit includes Qi charging.Cons:As other customers mentioned, Qi charging feature on my unit does not work at all….. IPhone 12, Samsung Note 9, Samsung G20, with case or without this feature doesn’t seem to function in any way. (Main reason for only 4 stars)USB ports are not fast charge (unit is not advertised as such) so you have to leave connected for long periods of time.Would be nice to have a couple of Type C charging ports.Could be better, but all in all, it does help provide amp ports for multiple devices in the location I’m using the system so overall I’m pleased."
