I've purchased 3 of these 4TB external hardrives over the past 12 months and they are proving to be reliable. The only thing I'm not so keen on is the plastic casing.Previous to this I've purchased 3 of the "Business Grey" 4TB seagate external hardrives. Which you would think to be the same internal drive but with a nicer outer casing with an aluminium casing on the top. These are more expensive! and not as reliable as the cheaper black plastic casing above. So I will always order the cheaper 4TB as from now.All 3 of my "Business Grey" drives always have "error" messages when 1st playing a movie on the "Sumvision Cycline Micro 2+ 4K media player? Without fail, but after the 1st error message the files play OK. I don't have this problem with these cheaper black casing 4TB hardrives.Avoid the nicer looking, more expensive "Business Grey" drives and I would highly recommend these drives instead as they seem to be more reliable and not as sensitive.What Customers Talk About
