"I would give them 0 stars, but that wasn’t an option. Almost 2 months later with 2 remotes sent and the simple option of moving the head and feet doesn’t work. The zero gravity and their 3 preset work, but I dislike their positioning. All I want is to move my feet and head down the way I want. This is my first adjustable bed, and this experience was very frustrating and disappointing. They said that someone would contact me to fix the base. No one called to fix the base, so after saying this is not professional for the company she gave me the person number to call. I couldn’t get a hold of them, so I emailed back saying how frustrated I couldn’t contact the person plus I shouldn’t go through hoops to get someone to fix the *darn base. I was told that if I wanted to send the base back, even within in the 30 days within getting the bed, I would have to disassemble the bed & pay shipping back of $85. I didn’t have the means to get someone to disassemble the bed and pay the shipping, so I begrudgingly kept constant contact with the seller.**Update - When I got Amazon involved they said they would come & pickup. The company said that if within the first thirty days that the bed could be sent back without penalty, but after the 30 day period it was under warranty."
