"This Nutricost Ashwagandha has been amazing for energy, motivation, and mood boost with no noticeable side effects. The taste is a bit weird but manageable. I've experimented with timing - before bed definitely improves sleep and waking up, while morning doses improve overall focus and performance throughout the day. However, after extended use I feel a bit emotionally numb, so it's great to use but needs periodic breaks. I take 2-3 week breaks then continue - this works perfectly when used intermittently. Always going to keep this in my supplement rotation with proper cycling."

I recently started taking Nutricost Ashwagandha and so far I like how easy it is to add to my daily routine. The capsules are simple to take, and the bottle gives you a good amount for the price. For awhile I was using this daily. It kind of made me "numb", which I know is common. However, for me it's a good thing. But I heard it's not good for your liver, so now I only take it if I KNOW itll be a stressful day or if I've had a stressful day. I like Nutricost and haven't had any issues with their products in terms of quality, cause it seems effective. I know it did something, cause it also improves my mood. Been taking this product for about a week, and I can't believe the changes in my morning wellness. I used to wake up foggy and irritated for the first few hours of the day. You DID NOT want to be around me. Now- I'm waking up refreshed and welcoming the new day without anxiousness.
