"The palm oil works great for my cold process soaps!However, the container was broken, so 2/3 of the product was spilled inside the bag it was shipped in, and it's not a product that can be replaced or refunded by Amazon. I've seen a lot of other comments about this product having cracked lids, no seal, spilling, etc. so I guess I'll just say that its a great product, but poorly packaged - buy at your own risk."

Update: the company reached out to me and offered to credit or replace the product. I chose replacement since I was still in need of the item. It arrived in a timely manner. Sealed with no leaks. Weight of the item is correct as well. Communication was great and shipping time was short. This is a fantascic company with a nice product. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
