"Went to use this, and the directions start by telling you to dip the brush in warm water (there is no brush included) and apply the product to the brush. And finish by using the microfiber cloth (also not included) to wipe down the item you’re treating. So now I have to buy the brush and cloth which are sold in packages 2-3 times what I paid for this product, AND all seem to include a small bottle of this product. For a person trying this for the first time it would be helpful to know ahead of time that additional products are necessary. So I haven’t been able to use it yet. Probably it’s great but how would I know?"

I had to use it outside as there's a pretty strong chemical smell that's not what I would call pleasant, but that was the one drawback. I really wish they wouldn't include "fragrance" with everything or a chemical smell. No one is going to accidentally drink shoe cleaner. Easy to use. It's not rocket science.
