"These are currently my favorite noodles. They are vegan friendly, cook quickly, and offer a nice chew. The spice packet is mild and not spicy. I like to boil the noodles in water for a couple mintues until just al dente. Then I add the noodles (after draining them) to a broth with baby bok choy, mushrooms, and vegan ham. It makes for a nice light lunch or dinner. They also taste great fried."
