"Right for those who read this I am honest but fair. When I started looking for metal garden furniture I was so surprised to see how expensive they are these days especially as some years ago I only paid £60 for a set which included 4 chairs and which I am delighted with. I paid close to £170 for this which to me is expensive but am not sure how others will view the cost. However, looking on line it seems to be one of the cheapest and in reality I feel that is the quality I got so guess it is what I paid for. So here goes: The colour is definitely bronze not black. It is heavy so will not blow over in the wind. The table surface was nice and smooth apart from a tiny say 1 inch square (see photo) which looks as though something happened with the weld and it was painted over in a rough manner. I wanted to return but hubby said I was too fussy. I don't like how you can see the screws from the front and also I don't like how huge the bolts are to secure the parts at the back. See other photos. (My existing set has discrete screws and bolts designed in such a manner that they are hidden underneath etc. so I found this disappointing. The design of the arms don't seem to have the right shaped bend in that you can only tighten so far which leaves a small gap even with the silver washer which stands out a mile on a brown item. Lets hope it is stainless steel so doesn't rust. Each chair has rubber feet which when tightened to max means the chair is not level (yes I did it on a level surface) so you need to loosen or adjust the feet to get it level. However, as some of these are now not fully tightened, every time I move a chair the feet rattle. Still working on solving that one! So on the whole I would definitely not buy again. I am using for a small paved area at the side of my house but not on my main patio. If you want one to impress and look good I am afraid you are going to have to go for a pricier one. I will certainly never buy this sort of thing again on line. I will shop where I can view feel and see the item for myself."
