"I'm accustomed to using these regularly to soothe and ease my sinus issues. and to breathe clearer. This one, however, is extremely strong and burns my nose and throat, even when I just inhale for a short bit. It seems it may be a defective one with too much menthol concentration. I like it strong but this level of strength is very uncomfortable and almost feels poisonous. Don't get me wrong, it's a good product when it's at the right concentrations."
