"The item is good and really save space. Before filtering my TDS was around 690 and after it became around 70.Cons:The installation is a hurdle. It needs drilling on sink/granite for the tap installation which the kent installation guys will not do. No where in the description it is mentioned the hole has to be made by the customer, not even the size of the hole is mentioned. They came for the installation next day after I made the installation request, when they saw the hole is not there, they went without installation telling it's not their duty to drill. Getting a person just to drill a hole is not an easy task. So either Kent installation should do the required drilling work as well or at least the seller should mention it properly in the description with the size of the hole to be made by the customer."
