"I have been using their Pasture Whey Protein for a few months and have also used their Extreme Edge POST Workout. Just saw this so I gave it a try as I am cleaning up my supplement list with Cleaner Supplements that have less questionable ingredients. I used 1 scoop with about 6oz of water and made sure it was cold. The taste was good, just seemed a bit watered down which is easy to fix. It came on after about 20-30min and it was smooth for about 1.5hrs without jitters or stomach bubbles. Good pumps and no crash. I'm by no means a Pro at this, but having tried about 5 different Stim-Pre Workouts, this is my favorite so far. There is NO "Cousin of Meth" as a Stimulant, only Natural Caffeine from Green Tea & Cocoa Bean!!!!This may very well end up being a 5 STAR product, but I cannot rate 5 stars after 1 use......2nd Day Update:Changed to 5 Stars. Just had the best Bicep workout of my life. UP 5lbs on Barbell curl and my overall stamina was through the roof during my Muay Thai Workout!!!! Again, solid 1.5hrs, I am typing this 3hrs after I took it and feel fresh and clean. No crashing, no nothing!!!! As far as the Mix, today I mixed 1 level scoop with about 6oz of Cold Sierra Mist and it was simply delicious! Little bit of fizz and great grape taste w/o the sugar that most PreWOs use!I am loving this stuff......"

I love the GRAPE Flavor (My spouse Dislikes it) She LOVES The Lemon ( I Dislike it, but will use it if i run out of grape. Honestly gives me hours of HIGH ENERGY, at first we'd get the itchies, but i guess our bodies have adapted. I am a Group Fitness Trainer, I drink 1 serving between 5am and 7am and It still has been running around hyped up til Noon on a good day. I absolutely love the fact that it is pretty much all natural and cost effective. I recommend this over VEGA Pre Workout and Advocare Spark which just tastes nasty and is full of artificial crap. Try this, you def will NOT be disappointed. It mixes well (no clumps) and I feel like it helps me with a good energy boost for my work out (non-jittery) but when shaking it up to mix it, there is like 2 inches of foam that is created which is then annoying to try and drink down.UPDATE 2/19/25: If you just stir it instead of shaking it, there is no foam. This is an essential product for serious fitness freaks! Extreme Edge Pre Workout gets you amped and enables you a solid, 2+ hour pain free workout. Make sure to stay hydrated. If you are sensitive to caffeine, you may want to use half a scoop serving instead. I also try not to use it too late in the day because it may interfere with sleeping. As with other BlueBonnet products, no junk fillers or ingredients. Oh yeah, it will make your face red if you do heavy cardio!
