This drink is easy to prepare because it mixes well with warm water or cold water, it really doesn’t matter. I usually prefer to mix it with regular water, dissolve the powder, and then put it in the fridge so it’s ready to drink during the day.The flavor is light but pleasant when using the recommended amount. By that I mean that even if you add more powder, the taste does not change much. Personally, I used a little more water than recommended and I did not notice a big difference in the final flavor.As for the taste, it slightly tastes like watermelon, but at times it tastes more like peach to me. This is very subjective and other people may experience it differently. I also had my son try it, and he said it tasted like strawberry gummies.I finished the product over several weeks and did not notice any negative effects. It helped keep me hydrated when I needed it, so I am satisfied with it.littlepegpeople

I've used this while playing basketball and also during sauna sessions to ensure proper hydration. I'm also a sprinter so I've experienced my share of muscle cramps and spasms for sweating too much and not replenishing electrolytes.I can confidently say that this works for that. Keeps my muscles firing the way I trained them.It mixes great in my shakerbotle and it doesnt leave any chalky taste.I'm not personally a fan of the watermelon taste though. It's not "bad", ill still drink and finish it. But I prefer a more subtle taste for these types of things. It feels too "juicy".
