"This product did not fit my A/C (that I have had for years). The 1 inch was larger than other brands like Arm & Hammer. Two filters were damaged trying to get them in. I bought 2 boxes of three filters based on past purchases of other brands. I had to purchase a different brand and am now stuck with 4 of these Filtrate filters where the card board sides are not uniform and over 1 inch, because I did not try to install them with in 30 days. Beware size differentials."

I always buy Filtrete brand filters because of the quality. Others may be cheaper but…
I always buy Filtrete brand filters because of the quality. Others may be cheaper but I feel these ones keep the air cleaner. When we have a pet in the house we change the filter every 2 months. Without a pet, probably every 3 months is ok. The filters are strong and come in a variety of sizes so we've always been able to use Filtrete in every home we've lived in. I just bought another box and thought I'd share my thoughts.Anonymous
