My wife had been wanting a small kiln to work with PMC for a couple years now. I got this one because it also works as a burnout oven for lost wax. When she went to do the initial burn in program, it did not work. It was a couple days after Christmas, and she was getting super frustrated because nothing would work like it should. Control screen was flashing an error and it wouldn't heat up properly. I made a quick call to the seller and was on the line with a support agent in seconds. Handed the phone off to my wife and the tech immediately knew what was wrong from the description and told her how to resolve the issue (crossed wires during assembly). The fix was as easy as unplugging two wires and swapping them. The kiln itself works great and came extremely well packaged, but the customer service is where the company really shines.this guy
