"Maybe it’s the high from reading a really good book prior to this one, but this booked missed the mark. I did not find any of the information useful. It was your typical “this study here” and “a group of people there.” I felt the book was just informative rather than interactive (actual means to make ideas relevant)."

I absolutely love this book! Jonah Berger does a brilliant job at weaving together examples as stories that make us laugh or cringe - emotions that cause us to share. Delightfully illustrated throughout the book, the STEPPS become easy to understand and share. Well worth reading. I’ll definitely be recommending this book to everyone who wants to make a difference that lasts.Anonymous

In the 1980s I started a small tech based hardware company that went viral beyond my most optimistic predictions. I never knew exactly why... After reading this book I know why, and now know what I could have done to make the business last longer... Every entrepreneur should read this book.genevieve m

I’ve been in advertising for 20 years and owned an ad agency’s and ad tech company for the last 11 years. I read Contagious three years ago as our company’s annual book club book and I probably use example and stories from this book in conversation once per month. It’s a great, academically backed resource for anyone in marketing, PR, social media, or advertising. It’s also been inspirational for me to get involved on teaching at a college level and write my own book (The Intentional Leap).yiyi

I was about to start a new reading when I was surprised by the terrible thing about the torn book with a sharp effect stained pages, am I the only one?(My main annoyance is that I bought it at a first-hand price, it should be totally new and even if it was second hand, shouldn't the product be carefully reviewed?)Finally and appeal from the disappointment the content page points to an interesting reading. What Customers Talk About
