"Great value for the price! Directions weren’t the clearest but it was easy enough to figure out how to put together, mostly had questions when it came to the door at the end. Went together quickly, love that one end can be covered and gives our chickens more room to roam. Would definitely recommend."

Nice, easy to read instructions. Put together in one day.

This is a wonderful chicken run at a great price. It was easy to assemble and everything I needed was included. The chicken wire was enough to wrap the entire run with overlaps. It is easy to move around to allow the chickens to access fresh grass, and I installed a "tunnel" from the cop to the run to permit them to safely travel between the two. IO love that we can easily aces the chickens and walk right in to retrieve any eggs that they may have layed while in the run. My wife is very happy with it. Keeps the chickens safe while they have room to "fly" and scratch.ta from pa

As much as we would like to let them free range we have already lost 3 of our 8 chickens to hawk attacks. Becuase of this I built a secure pen around their coop that does a great job of protecting them but they needed more space. We purchased this enclosure to give our girls a confined area to run in that gives them access to lots of grass and bugs. It is a good compromise to let them forage and still be protected.Assembly of the frame was easy with no issues at all. Some reviews had mentioned trouble with the back end regarding no place for some of the pins to lock in to. Apparently this issue has been fixed. The frame itself seems sturdy enough and I don't expect any issues with it over time. While probably not recommended installed this on a slope and attached the enclosure to the proteced area I had previously built with brackets. Access to it is allowed via an electric door. The mesh that comes with this looks nice with it's green coating but it is VERY thin. Because of this I chose the use thicker chicken wire for the bottom portions, which I purchased at a well known farm store. Our girls are only out in the enclosure during the daytime hours so hopefully upgrading the chicken wire there will keep any critters on the ground from getting to them. I did use the green mesh that comes with the enclosure for the roof area. This should be more than enough to deter any hawks from trying for a chicken dinner. While not really a complaint the door assembly is not very tall. There is easily enough room that the company could have added another 4 or 5 inches in height to the door but for whatever reason they chose not to. My wife is fine with it but I am 6' 2" and must always duck before stepping inside. If I don't the metal frame is a good reminder for next time. Ouch! I may redo the door at some point to add some height. Our girls have been enjoying their new playground for a few weeks now. Overall we feel it was a good purchase and so do they. Even if you just used the frame alone and bought all new fencing it would still be worth the cost. I did take off one star though for the included thin chicken wire and the door height.UPDATE: The included tarp that goes over one section of the coop for shade/protection from weather has torn after only 3 months of use. We had wondered if it would make it through a winter here in PA but it didn't even last that long to find out. The rest of the chicken run has held up so far though.jillian armstrong

The media could not be loaded. This is the second coop cage we purchased. The first one was smaller, then we purchased the larger one. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and great for the value! We put the small one and the large one together. Our chickens have more space, and keeps them safe.jade cutler
