"The media could not be loaded. The product does not charge properly and after changing it for 2 to 3 hours as given in the user manual it only remains turned on for 20 mins max. When connected to the charger the charging light doesn’t glow, not sure how there are so many positives reviews. Not sure about the effectiveness as I was not able to use it properly."
