"I recently purchased this chair, and while it has a few redeeming qualities, the overall build quality is disappointing, with significant design oversights and immediate defects.The Good:Seat Comfort: The foam quality in the seat pan is actually quite good and provides decent support.Arm Pads: The arm pads have a soft touch that feels comfortable for the elbows.The Bad:Poor Material Choices: Although the foam is good, the upholstery is a low-quality fabric; a breathable mesh would have been much better for long-term use. Similarly, the fabric used on the lumbar support feels cheap.Persistent Noise: From day one, the chair has been incredibly noisy. The backrest creaks every time I recline, and the headrest makes a distracting noise whenever I lean back.Stability Issues: The armrests wobble significantly despite being 2-way adjustable. Even more concerning is the base and casters; the wheels feel flimsy, and the welded joints to casters on the base raise serious concerns about its long-term durability.Cheap Controls: The height adjustment and tilt lock levers are made of low-quality plastic that looks and feels unfinished.Maintenance Nightmare: The main frame uses white matte-finish plastic, which gets dirty incredibly easily and is difficult to wipe clean. A glossy finish would have been far more practical.Immediate Defects: Most importantly, the mesh on the headrest arrived with one of the strings already broken, indicating poor quality control.Verdict:I cannot recommend this chair due to the excessive noise, questionable structural integrity, poor material choices, and immediate defects. While the seat foam is comfortable, it is not worth the hassle of dealing with the cheap build quality and frustrating design flaws."
