"I personally don't like the all in one kind of test instruments, usually they do everything but nothing really well. However, electronics have changed quite a bit, now there is large number of people in this industry and hobby who use IOT, embedded systems, Arduino, esp32 etc and never deal with anything pure analog at component level. Plug and play modules are common. In those setup this kind of test instruments are good, they do everything to a level needed. This FNIRSI 2D15P is a compact test instrument that provides a multimeter, signal generator and oscilloscope, all in one. It doesn't take too much space on bench or tool bag (more later). It does these tasks ok for most use cases. Let's look at these separately.Multimeter: the interface is typical of FNIRSI and similar brands, quite intuitive. It mostly work as expected. An auto mode switches automatically for volt and resistance, perfect for newbies not blowing up the meter. A small graph and min/max is great. However there is no manual scale selection. Measuring 10pf capacitor stays on last digit, you can't trust that. The biggest problem, the manual doesn't mention precision and accuracy in the specification, that's not acceptable for a test instrument.Signal generator: mostly work fine, however if you select the voltage range below 0.3v and frequency up to few hundreds kilo hertz, sine wave is not smooth. You can see in the picture the waveforms (100khz, 0.1v sine wave) from this unit vs tinySa ultra. I am not sure if it can be fixed with software update or the issue is with smoothing circuits.Oscilloscope: worked surprisingly well, as I was quite skeptical about it. In a single channel it worked quite well up to 99MHz. I had wrong frequency display at 100MHz, few times. I didn't calibrate the setup for actual test etc, but in general the display and measurements seemed right. Having some quick function switches and dials are good addition. PC connectivity is limited as storage device, no software or control. There is a save button which basically saves current screen image as bmp. The is no option to capture the data for any future analysis. When connected to computer the device appears as a drive so you can pull the images. Firmware update is also done by dropping the file to this drive. The fan on the back of device runs continuously and is louder than my laptop. Also during my testing once the device automatically shut down without any notice or error of any kind. I am assuming this was probably thermal shutdown, I had DDS and oscilloscope working then. The kit doesn't include a case, given it's shape and size, throwing it into a bag is not good idea.Overall it's a nice compact all in one test instrument for quick measurements. However it will not replace a good oscilloscope or multimeter if you are in serious component level analog/RF electronics. Also at 200 it seems expensive when you can get a nice 100mhz oscilloscope from reputed brand for about 300+ with better sampling, controls, accuracy, pc software and guaranteed accuracy and precision."

Yes, I am very pleased with this oscilloscope. It has many extras that I was looking for. Signal generator, digital meter & has knob adjustment instead of doing everything on a touchscreen.

I grew to like whatever Fnirsi makes! This oscilloscope is basically a super handy little all‑in‑one gadget. You get a 100 MHz scope, a TRMS multimeter, and a basic signal generator in something you can toss in a bag. It’s great for quick debugging, hobby projects, or small workbenches where space is tight. It’s not perfect though, the memory depth is tiny, and it’s definitely not on the same level as a real bench scope from Rigol or Siglent. But for the price, it’s surprisingly capable and honestly pretty fun to use. In terms of accuracy, it's good enough for hobbyist, surely not rivaling a lab equipment. After all, this is Fnirsi not a Fluke or Rigol, it's a low budget instrument for a reason but still a decent one. The brightest spot would definitely be the display quality, it has great viewing angle and color contrast, the waves look clean and readable, all UI elements appear sharp and pleasant to the eye. The touchscreen not on par though, it is responsive but i'd say just good enough. In all this is a great budget scope that serves also as a multimeter and a signal generator. For the price this is a great combo.

I gave the FNIRSI 2D15P a try and found that it’s a surprisingly capable little tool for a casual user. It comes with a variety of test leads. The oscilloscope updates fast enough that waveforms look stable and usable, not laggy or choppy. Its advertised sampling rate behaves as expected in real use.The screen isn’t high end, but it’s functional and makes menu navigation easy. The built in multimeter gives readings that match a known good meter. Over time, the True RMS measurements haven’t wandered or become unreliable. The signal generator isn’t something I find useful every day, but it is good to have for someone with basic knowledge and skill and still learning. The battery capacity is good enough for me but may be limiting for people who use it very frequently. This doesn’t seem to be a tool for advanced users. I like it because it is useful for someone with my skill set. It sits in a drawer with my multimeter and soldering iron. A small hard case would have been helpful. Overall, this works for me.

I admit - I'm old school. But for the money - this 2 channel 100MHz digital scope is a DREAM for any hobbyist that is interested in electronics but can't yet afford a higher end scope. It's a 100MHz scope - so (in case you don't know) a rule of thumb says use for < 20Mz-25MHz which still opens up a massive range for general electronics hobbyists. My scope worked as advertised - I had no issues with firmware. The DDS signal generator is another bonus. I love this scope and would get it as a gift for any enthusiast.

very nice unit for the at home maker. big enough to see well, but doesn't take up a lot of real estate on the workbench. Little pricey, but it is a well built meter.

Die Messgenauigkeit ist sehr gut und die Darstellung im Oszilloskop-Betrieb lässt viele Optionen, die wirklich hilfreich sind. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät.
