"• The tool comes with nothing included - no sheath, no bit kit, no clip...not even any kind of nice packaging - just a piece of cardboard and a flimsy paper box. Cost cutting I guess but then this is supposed to be a premium product. So given that I guess I should be happy they included the single bit. But in reality, I am not.• The scales aren't exactly the best. There are gloss variations that make them look like they have been around the block a few times. They are indeed comfortable in the hand though. But I think that's more of how they cut away the blades where they extended past the scales.• The blade is okay. I mean, it says it's magnacut so I guess that makes it better but how? If it means I have to sharpen the blade less, okay. But the thumb stud is in the way of sharpening it correctly so must remove it first. The tip is a little too pointy.• I like the scissors. They seem better.• The pliers are so tight! Gonna have to open and close it a few thousand times to get it loosened up enough to make it comfortable to use. Really wish they were spring loaded too.• Not a fan of the black coating on everything. It makes the whole mechanism rough to use. And there is no coating on the saw or file so they look out of place.• The brass bushings on the exterior look bad. They make the whole thing look cheap.• There's no ruler. Why did they remove this - it seems like such a poor decision.• There's no hammer surface like on the Arc.• Not made in USA. So that's something. Why is this considered a premium tool?So my suggestions to Leatherman if they care to listen to a customer:• Include a made in USA leather sheath• Include a full bit kit• Loose the brass accents• Get rid of the black coating• Put the ruler back• Make the pliers spring loadedThat's it! If you're thinking this would be a good gift, prepare to be disappointed. If you're thinking it would be a nice upgrade to anything...again...gonna be a bummer."
