"Aloha.I purchased Asurion protection for my Tapo C520WS outdoor camera, for peace of mind. When the camera began glitching and experiencing repeated offline issues due to unknown power issues/failures. After multiple resets, running diagnostics, and seeking tech support. I finally gave in and filed a claim and followed all steps: submitted the online forms and photos as requested. A few days later, Asurion requested more pictures. I complied.Then — claim denied.In frustration, I contacted Tapo directly by phone. Their support was excellent. After a phone call and brief email confirmation, they later emailed me and confirmed the product was faulty. Tapo Support is currently in the process to replace my faulty security camera.In the end, Tapo stood by their product. Asurion, despite taking my payment, did not.Disappointed....."
