OK, no sense in parroting the positive attributes of the DM32 Baofeng HT. I'll keep it short and sweet: Baofeng has truly stepped up their HT game overall, but especially in the DMR market, with this radio. I am a HUGE OpenGD77 alternate firmware guy but have not felt at all like I was shortchanged by the features & functions of the DM32. Menu is easy to navigate/understand, controls are easy to operate and logical, display is crisp & clear and provides useful info that is easy to read, excellent transmit and receive audio, RF performance is reasonably close to stated, and battery life is superb. The radio looks similar to some commercial radios and is ruggedly well built & has great coverage / range. Do NOT expect you just purchased a 'Mother M' product at this price point.The only downside to the DM32 (but not enough to detract a star) is that the Baofeng CPS is slightly clunky compared to other programs. End of the day I can deal with this slight inconvenience for all the positives the DM32 brings to the table at a very affordable cost. Grab one and don't look back!toojacks
