"This thing is great. On other wireless chargers my samsung galaxy s25 ultra was overheating, but with this one it didn't get hot at all and it charges much faster than other wireless chargers . If you remove the charger after it has been running for a while the point of contact where the wireless charging happens is surprisingly cold to the touch. When I first tried to use it I plugged it into an old usbc charger and it didn't work, but then I tried a newer one and it worked great. It really makes sense. When you think about it. A 15 watt charger will not work with an old 5 watt charger. Its like trying to start a car with a dead battery. I reccomend using a good usb c power brick you're going to want probably at least 30 watts for this thing to work properly. It charges at 15 watts and with all wireless chargers you are going to lose efficiency from induction. That is why wireless chargers generate heat. The fan and heat sinks helps to counteract the efficiency lost as heat. A little thing most people dont know is that as heat is generated in electrical components resistance increases, meaning the hotter it gets the less efficient it gets. By adding a fan to this device a lot of the heat generated is dissipated increasing efficiency and not damaging your device like other qi2 chargers. The fan is very quiet and it only runs when the device is charging. This would be an excellent device in the car on the dash. Whenever I get a chance I think im going to 3d print a mount and try it out there.I wanted to point out one more time if you use a power brick like plugs into the wall that does not distribute as much electricity as this charger requires it will not work. Try a better wall charger."

First Impressions & DesignThe Torras Cooling Wireless Charger arrives in nice packaging, and the included cord has a well-designed mechanism. My first observation was that the charger is much thicker than I expected. However, this is understandable when you consider it houses a cooling fan to manage heat during 15W charging. The unit is also surprisingly lightweight, which initially made me question its durability, but I trust Torras products and their great customer support.Charging & MagSafe PerformanceThe core function—charging—is flawless. The charger delivers a solid and reliable charge to my device. I experienced no issues with the MagSafe placement or alignment; the phone snaps into place easily every time. The magnetic connection strikes a perfect balance: it's strong enough to hold the phone securely but not so aggressive that it's a struggle to pull it off.The Kickstand FeatureThe built-in bracket is a standout feature. It's light and offers a wide range of viewing angles, allowing you to use it as a stand while charging. It truly shines in horizontal (landscape) mode, making it a perfect companion for the iOS StandBy feature. While it can function in a portrait setup, it feels more stable horizontally. It lies fairly flush when closed, making it a good portable option. It also is super convenient for holding the phone to use while charging.Cooling FanThe fan operates exactly as intended cooling the phone while charging it. This is helpful as my phone sometimes gets hot while charging. I can hear a faint whir when it's on—it's not disruptive, but I really appreciate the dedicated button that allows you to turn it off entirely when it's not needed.Overall ConclusionThis is a very good charging cable that successfully integrates extra features. The additional cooling needed for a 15W adapter seems to be a well-executed trade-off for the increase in size. Be aware this is a 15W charger which is better than the 7.5 W used by some devices but less than some of the 20W recent ones. If you're looking for a versatile MagSafe charger that doubles as a stand and keeps your device cool, this is an excellent choice.jason moss

I recently decided to give the TORRAS Cooling Charger a try, and it’s proven to be a refreshingly clever accessory for my iPhone 16 Pro. The charging pad securely magnetizes to the back of the phone, just like Apple’s MagSafe, all while actively cooling it during charging..What I LOVE:Incredibly efficient 15W MagSafe wireless charging for iPhones. An included 5 ft USB‑C cable is always appreciated.Active cooling system: Torras claims it keeps phone temps around 77°F lower, which is ideal during extended use, video editing, or gaming. I have yet to really stress test this, but so far, my phone feels significantly cooler.360° rotating stand design: perfect for hands-free viewing, whether in vertical or horizontal orientation. I love the options!Areas for improvement:Wireless charging speed is capped at 15W: Increased charging speeds come with a catch-22 when trying to keep your phone cool, so this isn’t so much an area for improvement, yet more of just something to note.Usability & Design:The grip from the magnet is STRONG; you can comfortably use the phone one-handed while charging.Setup is simple: plug into power using USB‑C, snap on your phone, let the magnetic alignment auto-engage. Boom. Done.Design is minimal and premium; the rotating metal stand works smoothly, and I have no doubt it will outlast my phone.Bottom Line:If you want a stylish magnetic charger that not only speeds up wireless juice but actively protects your phone from overheating, the TORRAS PolarCircle is an obvious choice. The cooling feature truly elevates its utility, and the rotating stand adds daily flexibility. It’s ideal for gamers, content consumers, or anyone who dislikes hot-charging batteries slowing down their day.madr

Excellent Qi2 charger! Couldn’t be happier, bought my second one a month after my first proved it was everything I wanted. Charges my iPhones at 15-16 watts (measured) without heat up. The charger chills the back to 55F while the rest of the phone only hits 85F. When I charge on a conventional wireless charger stand (Qi certified too), the phone heats to 95F or more (limited by the phone) and charges slower. Keeping the battery cool maintains it and supports longer life.Plug this wireless charger in to an adequate (30W PD etc.) wall plug and bring it close to your phone’s MagSafe. The magnets align and grab, the charger light flashes for a moment and its chiller fan spins up. You may or may not get bothered by the fan sound. If the fan noise bugs you enough, push the light button to turn off the fan (and the chiller). Charging will continue but now with no cooling. I don’t fuss with this, fan noise is quiet enough unless I actively listen for it.A bonus feature, the chiller has a fully adjustable ring stand to prop up your phone off the table. Or you can slip a finger thru the ring to securely hold it while gaming etc. That being said, if ya wanna use this to charge your car, or try it without ANY wires, well, that’s you.porter

Been using this charger for over 3 months and love it! Its charging speeds are efficient and quick. The best feature of the charger is its cooling capabilities. It gets extremely cold and pulls heat away from the phone increasing speed and lowering battery degeneration. It works very well, its build quality is solid having a nice weight to it. It holds my phone well with a strong magnet but I will note, a thicker case caused it to become way less held in place. But even after all there great things, there’s no way to justify the price of 60 dollars. Sure, the cooling is nice but it’s not 60 bucks nice. Overall, I don’t think I would recommend this simply because the price. If it was even 30-40 dollars I would make it 5 stars but I can’t justify it costing 60 dollars.daniel giles

Doesnt seem to work well enough as a charger or chiller. Ive used a dozen different power sources all 30w+, including the one they sent as a free addon, and nothing allows this thing to pull more than 20w at the top end, and no more than 10-12w normally. It seems to prioritize charging, but the cooling element is completely deficient at cooling even when the battery is topped off, while hopeless at lowering the heat from charging. My hope was to use this playing pokemon Go during the summer when the stress of the game and sun forces the screen to dim because the phone is overheating. It did nothing. The screen still dimmed from over heating and the charge was weak enough that my battery percent went DOWN.Functionality aside, it seems like every part was designed well and with great materials. The magnets are sufficiently strong. The edges are rounded and comfortable to hold. The foldout kickstand ring turns easily and works as a pleasant fidget. If it worked, it would be pretty much alone on the market, but right now its as pleasant to hold and all the same functionality of a nice rock i found by the river. What Customers Talk About
