"This glow-in-the-dark tape surprised me with how bright and long it glows after just a bit of light exposure. I used it to line the edge of a few basement steps and it gives off a clear green glow that makes them easy to see at night. The adhesive sticks well to wood and metal, and it hasn’t peeled. It’s waterproof too. I tested a strip outside on the porch rail and it still glows fine after rain and didn't come off. Cutting and applying it is simple; just measure, trim, and press down. I also added some to my son’s bike and helmet, and it makes him more visible after dusk. It feels durable but still flexible enough to wrap around corners or rounded surfaces. The glow lasts several hours, especially if it gets a good “charge” under a bright light first. Overall, it’s a solid mix of safety and fun for marking steps, gear, or Halloween decorations."

It glows. Tape has a fair amount of stickiness and shouldn't fall off stuff easily. The glowing photo was on a door frame in a bedroom. Came off easily too but only connected the top of the tape strip. I had this in my living room with some indirect natural light and overhead lighting. The glow was 6 hours after sunset so mostly from light bulb exposure.Easy to use and cut. It's thin but feels like good quality with a slick surface.rachel s

This glow in the dark tape is surprisingly bright, durable, and easy to use! I was most surprised at how bright it glows with only a little amount of charging. I took it outside for maybe 5-10 min and the pictures show just how well it showed up in the dark. To get a long lasting 6-8 hr glow, you will need to charge it in light for about 30 mins.The adhesive is stronger than I expected as well and since it is waterproof, I can think of so many uses for it, such as marking tricky steps or uneven sidewalks, work apparel or hard hats, bicycles or helmets or even for what I got it for…DIY Halloween costumes. It’s the perfect size for making borders or stripes. I originally ordered the thinner size roll but now I will also be ordering the wider roll too. The media could not be loaded. This tape is one of those things I didn't know I needed until I got it. I have already come up with quite a few uses where I am going to need to order more. Simple to use, just unroll and tear by hand the stick it. It adheres well to many surfaces and can easily be removed without leaving any residue. Perfect for crafting projects, kids rooms, etc. They key thing to know is where ever you put the tape it must be exposed to light for 10-30 minutes right before you use it if you want it to glow in the dark.supplement

I say slightly brittle, because the quality is indicative of all the other glow in the dark tapes you see, where it's kind of thick and it doesn't exactly contour and stretch the way electrical tape would. With some muster and force, I am able to do some pretty cool stuff with this.I will say that the ease of use is solid, it's easy to apply. The stickiness is OK. It's not the best adhesive I've been dealt with, but I can deal.The only color variety you can talk about here is glow in the dark green. but I will say that it did glow for an extended period of time after I gave it a pretty bright flashlight treatment. The afterglow does last longer, but the core brightness does dim as you would expect.Overall I would say it's close to the 4 1/2 stars, but I'll round up because it does exactly what I expect it to.lazyshopper420

This is a high quality glow in the dark tape that stays put firmly once you remove the backing and stick it somewhere. The adhesive is quite strong and should hold up well to stage use. The color is quite bright and easy to see once charged up. This hits the spot!I added the tape on the bar on the back, each side, and front and now everyone knows where they are!At an awesome value, the adhesive is amazingly sticky, and easy to cut/tear.
