I have a kitchen that was once a sun porch in the 1920's. It is a long narrow room with a wall of windows, which leaves room for lower kitchen cabinets, but no upper cabinets. Since it was never meant to be a kitchen, it also does not have a broom closet or a pantry, and the only way to create those spaces would be to block off some windows. So, I have unusual kitchen storage problems.To create more space, I have two sets of tall chrome storage shelves that are used partly as large bowl storage, partly as a microwave holder, and partly as a pot rack. BUT, I have no place for my pot lids. So these pegboards will ultimately be attached to the side of the metal shelves, with pegs for the lids.With the holidays coming up, I really need to finish this particular task, but haven't done so yet.So, this is a long-winded way of saying that I am not using the peg boards the way the average person would. AND, I haven't hung them yet. However, having looked at them, they seem well made:• They are heavy• The metal edges are all smooth (even the insides of the corners and the holes.)• The powder coating is thick and smooth for a professional look.• All the hanging hardware (which I don't need) was included and seems appropriate.• Each board has 4 long black screws (which require a Phillips head screw driver). Note the peg boards are grey, but the screws are black.• They also come with 4 long plastic anchor screws.I recommend this set.stephen francesconi

Really great metal peg boards. They are made from a heavy gauge metal and they don't flex very easily, they are very sturdy and very secure. I'm sure they will hold as much weight as your wall will, the weak point on these will probably be the screws that mount them to the wall particularly if you mount it into sheetrock and not into a wood stud. The finish on the peg boards is either a powder coated baked finished or maybe anodized but either way it is very heavy and even across the piece. Overall just a great way to organize things in the workshop or the garage. They are designed so that they can be hung vertically or horizontally in pretty much any configuration. Highly recommended. Easy installation with included hardware. They function really well and fit the wall perfectly.tattooed babygirl

This pegboard organizer is a smart addition for anyone who deals with tools, craft gear, or just wants less clutter screaming at them from the walls. The greyish panels give it a clean, strong look (fits the “old-school biker mom who means business” aesthetic), and the fact that everything is visible and hanging instead of shoved in drawers is a plus for someone with ADHD, you see what you’ve got, you grab and go. I set mine up (a lot of cursing involved due to my concrete walls, though without it probably would have taken no more than 10 minutes), hung my crafting stuff and tools, and it already feels like I’m winning at “organized chaos.” If you’ve got stuff everywhere and want to bring some order without sacrificing style, this works.
