"Used Netgear routers for many years and was very satisfied. When we switched to a new ISP tried the router they provided. It worked but was really inadequate. When I saw this system at a great price had to get it. Install was rather easy, had one thing that I wanted to check so contacted Support and they had the answer and everything was all set. With the 2 satellites we have terrific signal strength throughout our home and yard. Have had it for several weeks and quite satisfied."

Not stable enough. THE NUMBER ONE THING ALL ROUTERS SHOULD CONCENTRATE ON IS STABILITY!!! Rebooting every now and then is unacceptable! The admin interface is a joke. Even features when logged on thru web are limited. I had an old Orbi system that is no longer supported that worked continuously without interruption for years.a very detailed research oriented and picky shopper

No matter where I go, I get full signal without dead zones or dropouts.The download and streaming speeds are fast and consistent with my internet plan. I can stream, browse, and download without lag, buffering, or interruptions. All of my smart TVs connect easily and run smoothly, even when multiple devices are being used at the same time.Setup was simple, and once it was up and running, it has been rock solid. Mesh network systems tend to run expensive, usually several hundred dollars or over the thousand dollar mark. The Orbi 370 is a very good, "entry level" Wifi 7 mesh system for the masses. The only issue I could see is lack of support for 6Ghz bands, but most people will be fine with 5 GHz and 2.4Ghz for older devices.My issue was the complete inverse with most purchases of a mesh system. Due to the AP placement in the apartment, the ISP provider router was in a terrible location and constantly dropping signal. If you're in this position, do not waste your time with an extender. They tend to "confuse" connected devices, which results in lower bandwidth. Get this mesh setup instead. When previously I would lose half of the download speed, at random intervals, this mesh system keeps the internet speed fast and consistent all the time. I did have one instance where a satellite node got disconnected and I had to re-sync with the main node. Other than that one-off, reliability has been excellent.My only real grievance is the Orbi app. When setting up for the first time, don't use the app. Do the sync manually. Other than the app, great product that fixed my issue. Would recommend.What Customers Talk About
