"Contains the hardware necessary, but the screws for mounting to a pole should have been 2 and a half inch long so a cheap chainlink fence pole can be used for mounting. The mounting bracket is designed to work with almost all types of mounting orientation, except for a horizontal rail. You must mount the station oriented pointing north for accurate wind direction. The mount limits that for that type of rail setup. It should have been simple to add a bias adjustment in the software to the wind direction pickup.The display is horrible. Small with small characters with no control of the rainbow of display colors. The Wind Speed, Interior Temp/Humidity, and the Date Year are either yellow or white on a black background. Every other reading is either blue or green on black background. Very difficult to read if less than best eyesight and distance is over 10 feet. There is a brightness adjustment but not bright enough if hanged on a wall with sunny windows. But if I forget the year I'm in, no problem. It should have included a color adjustment for the user to choose what best suits. But that doesn't resolve the small characters.The technical users manual was well written and better than many I've used.I will not buy from this company unless they offer improved weather station designs and selections. They should hire someone with Human Factors design training."
