"I had some skin issues a few years back that left some scars on my face. I read micro needling could help break up the scar tissue. I saw this tool and decided to order it. When I placed the order I read it had titanium needles and although I have never been tested to see if I am allergic to titanium I have not known of any reaction to it. I like to read everything on any new product because I have really sensitive allergy prone skin. I flip the box to the back and see “AVOID USE IF ALLERGIC TO METALS”. My hopes of this being something to help my scars just left me. I have had many allergy test in the past and I am allergic to nickel. I went back to the listing to see if I somehow missed this warning and NO! It is not anywhere in the listing that people allergic to any kind of metal should not use it. This should be added to the listing because had I known this I wouldn’t have ever ordered it!"

This derma-roller is exactly what you need IF you are looking for something to help with your skin care or hair care products. I purchased mine to help with my hair care (Rogaine Application).
