"I take 3 capsules 30 minutes before lunch, as that is my biggest meal of the day. The capsules are large, but I am able to swallow them without too many issues. I recommend you have a full glass of water to help you swallow them down. I also recommend just putting 1 capsule in your mouth at a time. The capsules are odorless and tasteless so I just take my time while swallowing and it has worked out fine. I feel less bloated after eating large meals and find it much easier to go regularly throughout the day.After taking these capsules for a few weeks, I feel like my digestive system is working much better and that this liver cleanse/detox is really working. I like the idea of taking natural products to help out with this and find the bottles to be affordable enough to continue using them going forward. I do recommend that you take these capsules when you have quick and easy access to a bathroom, especially for your first week or so. I also find it best to take them before breakfast or lunch so that I don't have to get out of bed during the evening to run to the bathroom.There is a typo here on the Amazon listing and the bottle contains 90 capsules, which is a 1-month supply. The 60 Count listed in the title is inaccurate."

Liver is one of the underrated organs that people should pay attention to on a daily basis. In today's world, you hardly get time to provide proper nutrition for your body and thus need a supplement or boost to keep your organs working optimally. These capsules do make sure your liver stays updated by performing a cleanse. If you are sluggish or have irritability often it means your liver is compromised. It doesn't always have to be alcohol but even regular habits can sometimes overlook proper functioning of the liver. I’ve been trying this liver cleanser to help boost my liver health, and so far I really like it. The blend includes milk thistle, dandelion root powder, blessed thistle, artichoke leaf, turmeric root, chanca piedra leaf, and kutki, which are all nice ingredients often used for liver and detox support.
