"Der Switch ist eine super Lösung, wenn man einen Monitor zwischen PC und Laptop umschalten möchte. Ich nutze ihn mit einem Desktop-PC über DisplayPort und einem Notebook über Thunderbolt/USB-C. Das Umschalten funktioniert zuverlässig mit einem einfachen Knopfdruck, und die Verbindung steht sofort.Mit meinem Desktop läuft alles einwandfrei: 5120x1440, HDR und 240 Hz werden sauber übertragen. Beim Notebook über USB-C hatte ich allerdings leichte Bildartefakte und gelegentliche kurze Signal-Aussetzer. Ich verwende hochwertige Kabel und eine Thunderbolt-Dockingstation, daher scheint der Switch an der Grenze seiner Signalstabilität zu arbeiten, vor allem bei hohen Auflösungen und Bildraten.Die Verarbeitung ist top: Das Gerät ist kompakt, hochwertig und benötigt keinen zwingenden Stromanschluss. Optional kann man über USB-5V Spannung einspeisen, was aber bei mir keinen Unterschied gemacht hat.Wünschenswert wäre ein externer Schalter oder eine Fernbedienung, um nicht immer an den Knopf greifen zu müssen. Durch die vielen Kabel will man das Gerät nicht dauerhaft sehen müssen, auch wenn es selbst recht schick ist. Aber für den Preis von rund 25 Euro ist das Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt ein praktisches, funktionales Gerät mit kleineren Einschränkungen bei anspruchsvollen Setups."

This ended up working great for my setup. I have an Alienware Area51 16 Laptop and my desktop connected to this. Works great with a good power adapter. I bought an Anker 50W plug for this and has been stable. If you use a plug thats not powerful enough, it causes the monitor to cut out. Running 240HZ through USB-C for laptop and Display port for the deskotp. Good stuff here.systems engineer
