"Good value motion sensor switch. Has a lot of options for the price. As seen in photos, can have away mode, has sensor sensitivity, sensor activation based on dimness of light and amount of time left on. Does everything i need and more. Says 180, and it's pretty much 180 degrees sensor which is great. Detects just my hand swing when I come in the garage from around the corner.Sensor is sensitive from very far away on max distance which is great even for middle of the night trips to the kitchen.Note it requires a neutral wire. So regular switch hot/lead, a ground and neutral (white wire)One thing I didn't like is how to take off the switch button panel to access the options underneath. It seems like a swinging latch from the top, but doesn't work like that. See in photos, sideways prongs on the bottom, and something like friction fit on top. Will need to gently pry it open, trust it won't break. Easier to do it with the gang wall plate off."

I have had other brand names that are not reliable after a few years. I can't comment on lifespan yet, but these are the easiest I have ever had for changing settings. My old ones did not have a neutral wire so I needed to bring a dedicated neutral wire to the switch. That was easy because mine are in an unfinished basement, but if you are installing these in a finished room make sure you have four wires: a black (live) and red (load) and white (neutral) and hopefully a bare copper (ground). I assume my old ones drew ghost power from the hot wire through the ground, which was probably a bad idea and not compatible with a GFCI circuit.ron v v
