"🛑 As of 5/29/25 STILL NO RESOLUTION.I Purchased a $500 fountain April 2024. Also purchased this 3-year warranty which states 5-7 days to resolve issues. Took out of pond and stored for the winter. We unboxed and put back in pond but the fountain isn't working. The motor has very little power and only spurts up about 1' and no lights. Lights have water inside. I submitted my warranty claim 4/11/25. I received a replacement pump a month later 5/9/25 and reassembled with new pump. The water pump is working now but the lights still do not work at all. I emailed and asked them to send 3 new bulbs since I think the water that got in damaged the bulbs. The company refused and now wants me to send the entire fountain back. I have already been without this fountain all season so far. They should have sent an entire new fountain instead of wasting months! I am not satisfied with the handling of the warranty and hope you can make this right.*** I will update once I have resolution ***"

I purchased a Singer serger/sewing machine a year ago for my business in January of 2025 which cost $599. Last week, the motor on it gave out. I was sickened to learn that the warranty was only a 90 day warranty on such an expensive machine. I contacted Asurion and they had covered my purchase within an hour. Asurion was very helpful as I needed to cancel their product because it was associated with my original order for the other item. They communicated with Amazon to start the process.
