"Scam Company - Not memory foam, way too firm compared to competitive products. My wife and I didn't like it so we purchased another one which had actual memory foam and tried to return this. After the refund was issued a month later they processed the transaction again saying I didn't return the correct item which was not true. Amazon took care of it but I would avoid this company. There are better products at this price point from other providers who do not try to accuse you of return fraud."
