"My keyboard arrived with a couple of faulty switches. Initial contact with keychron seemed to go well and they said they would send me replacement ones. After weeks why by with no replacements arriving, I reached out to them multiple times and they no longer respond. Very disappointing."

Okay I love this. If you are like me, and you work from home sometimes, do accounting but also love gaming and need best of both worlds (along with a classy esthetic) then this is for you. Worked immediately and typying on it is a dream. Be warned it does not shine RGB through the caps on the white one, but I still find it worth it. Just get a goovee RGB lamp and you are set and get the same vibe. If you are like me and research endlessly and hate the space vibe to most keyboards. JUST. DO. IT.eternal

Probably the most comfortable typing experience I've ever had. I have several mechanical keyboards and have been using them ever since my childhood. I'm 45 years old (nearly there) and have had mechanical keyboards going as far back as my days on the Commodore VIC 20 and 64. I've used Cherry MX Red, Blue, Brown, etc mechanisms. Some with more click, others with a softer trigger.The Keychron K10 HE has a soft trigger. It feels like a membrane keyboard in the landing of the press, but feels like a mechanical keyboard as you press the keys. It is rather quiet when typing, almost like you're dreaming as you type... like you're pressing onto clouds.The build quality is impressive. It's not a lightweight keyboard, nor does it have that cheap plastic feel like some of the eVGA mechnical keyboards. It is a solid keyboard that feels like the people who made it care about the quality of their product.I also like the aesthetic, it fits great alongside my Antec Flux Pro computer case with the wood paneling in the front. It's almost like the two were bought as a combo.This is the best keyboard I have ever used. That says a lot. I had never heard of Keychron before but it seems like I'm going to be hearing a lot more about them in the future. Keep making products like this. Truly great.payge gagne
