"The product was in excellent condition and delivered on time. But After 40 days of usage, it stopped working. I have paid almost 10k for this and wasted my money and time. R for a rabbit is way better and long-lasting. I have brought R for Rabbit from my brother's home, which is 3 years old and still works like a horse. This Mee mee cradle is not good and not long-lasting. There is no customer service care number on their website, warranty claim option, or anything. Better go for other products like R4 Rabbit cradle"
