"Pull the paper backing off SLOWLY!!! If you pull too quickly, it tears off, making it extremely difficult to start pulling it again. It happened to me multiple times, even though I went slowly. Otherwise, it has great sticking power. I secured a vinyl mat in my truck bed, it has held it tightly. Warning: it WILL pull your paint off! I didn't care, I already had a lot of peeling paint in the bed, I use it a lot to haul stuff."
