"I actually really liked how light this ring was unknowing that it was actually a con, not a pro.unlike other smart rings that stay connected using bluetooth low energy, this ring does not.I’ve noticed this ring will ONLY connect to my iphone when i open the app, THEN it gets all the data from the ring and updates my app.This means i don’t get any “stand up, you’ve been sitting for x hours” or “are you working out?” notifications. it’s strictly for analyzing patterns over long periods of time.This watch also tracked my steps very differently than my apple watch. If i walked 5000 steps on my watch, the ring would say 4800-4880.I do think the sleep tracking was decent and the size was spot on.Overall, i would not get this if you’re looking for accuracy and real-time analyses. If all you’re looking for is seeing your patterns and sleep breakdown, it’s ok."

I love this ring!! It tracks so much better than my Apple Watch. It was extremely easy to set up. It didn’t take long to charge. I’ve been wearing it for a whole week now and I still at 32%. The heart rate reader has been great since I’ve been having issues with my heart. I’m a truck driver and with wearing it all day it still has no scratches on it. RENPHO Lynx Smart Ring-Sizing Kit- this review is just for the sizing kit only.Looks a lot like the real ring but is lighter.I am so glad I got the ring sizing kit first as my normal size is a 8 but in this smart ring I wear a 10 on the fingers they recomend using.Highly recomend if your going to go for this brands ring get the kit first.This part is for the ring.Size 10, blackAfter wearing the ring now for a little over a week I have to say I really like it. The app is very easy to use. I just use the basic parts of it I didnt sign up for anything.It really seems to keep track of how much I am walking (steps) as well I like adding in my water intake, So I can keep track of that. For once I have something that keeps track of my sleep even the odd hours I do sleep which is during the day as I work nights. I like that it tracks my stress, heart rates. If I really want to get fully into it I could track all my meals but honestly that is just a little to much for me. I would have to add most of my meals in the old fashioned way as I eat two bites and I am full and drink protien drinks. Having had weightloss surgery My meals are tiny. But that part of the app is also there so you can keep track of food if you want to. Most times I forget I am wearing it as it feels just like a normal ring, and on and off through the day I log onto the page just to update my steps and add in water intakes.The rechange case if small and handy. I normally just leave it at home as my ring is holding a change nicely It lasted nearly the full week. I also use the Exercise feature while I am using my tredmill so that at least counts towards my counts on the app.All in all I am very happy with the ring and I am glad I got it. I did take a two year protection plan out on it as a precaution.d good
