"I got these after my chiropractor recommended them to me. They are much cheaper than the ones she sells in her office! My only complaint is that the bag is supposed to be able to use 2 balls together as a peanut shape but it is entirely too big for that. The balls would not stay in place. I ended up putting two balls in an old knee high sock and tinny off both ends. It's perfect now! The balls themselves are exactly as they should be!"

Amazing tool. It has literally given my nearly flat. pronating feet an arch and has lifted and realigned my foot so that my weight now falls along the perimeter of my foot instead of pronating inward forcing all of my weight onto the arch of the foot. Has seriously reduced the pressure on my morton’s neuroma and the related (debilitating) pain.I use it daily to break down the fascia along the bottom of my feet. It is a little uncomfortable kind-of hurts so good way at first but so worth it. My left foot has the neuroma so my right foot has not gotten as much attention, but now, because of the results with my left foot, my right foot is getting more attention. Who would have thought?? I found this to be really helpful for three particular spots on the body, the neck, the calfs and the feet. The peanut design really helps distribute the pressure. The silicone material gathers Hair and debris easily, but it can be cleaned easily as well. The surface is smooth without any pins or pointy ends sticking out so it doesn’t cause any pain, but definitely helps relieve pain and tension in the muscles.
