"After giving this smart ring a good chance I’ve decided to return. After doing a lot of research comparing competitors I really thought I made the best choice. This ring needing no subscriptions was a huge plus and the battery able to last up to 12 days, amazing. I wore thing ring for about a month, 24/7. Great gold color, durable. Easily to turn on/install. Was easy to get used to on my hand and the battery did last a long time. Charging case is sturdy and holds a charge itself. So if you go on a trip you only need the case, no cords. When it comes to the main reasons I wanted a smart ring, get to know my body better, track my stress and most importantly monthly cycle. While wearing the ring I found out I was pregnant. I let the ring know I was no longer trying to conceive and the ring basically told me “we’ll see ya in 9 months” I was shocked it wasn’t going to offer any information for my pregnancy journey. Not even a weekly update. Huge let down. I still wanted to keep wearing the ring and utilizing other benefits. Today, I fainted. Literally passed out. The ring had NO IDEA. Didn’t warm me something was off and after had no recollection of it happening at all. I’m returning the ring."

I’ve been wearing the RingConn Gen 2 for a month now and it’s quickly become part of my daily routine.The sleep tracking is very detailed, and the sleep apnea monitoring feature is something I haven’t seen in other smart rings. I also like that there’s no app subscription, which makes the data easy to access without extra costs. The 12-day battery life is excellent and means I don’t have to think about charging it very often. It tracks heart rate, stress, and other wellness metrics accurately in my experience. The gold finish looks sleek and feels comfortable enough to wear day and night. The app interface took a little time to explore, but once set up it’s very easy to use.Overall, this is a feature-packed smart ring that I’d definitely recommend for anyone interested in tracking sleep and daily health metrics.bob mcmac

This ring is amazing. I got the sizer first because i have thicker fingers. I was hesitant at the price at first but did some research and my main goal was sleeping monitoring. I have the Inspire sleep apnea implants and wanted to know how my sleep cycle is developing. The ring showed some sleep apnea so I increased my lever on the Inspire and was shocked at how the following nights my sleep cycle improved. Was great being able to see on the app how my sleep cycle developed. The ring seems to be the real deal. So many indicators just from wearing it while asleep.dtl
