"There were no ingredients listed so I've included a picture of the current ingredients listed on the tub for anyone with food allergies or who just want to know what they're consuming. This hydrator is cloyingly sweet, the over the top metallic stevia aftertaste is so strong that even my household members who use stevia daily couldn't drink it without making a face. There's a recurrent reference to 'water + glucose + Sodium = hydration', there's no glucose in this mixture so the statement really doesn't apply to this hydrator. I am curious as to the statement at the end of the ingredients list "proportions and/or ingredients indicated are subject to minor change", uh... that's not how an ingredients list/nutritional/supplement labelling works in Canada, what's on the label is what should be in the tub, it's the law and frankly is a great way to make someone sick if something is added in that's not declared. Labelling laws are there for a reason (as someone who grew up with a serious food allergy) and putting a 'may or may not' blanket clause on an entire ingredient list doesn't instill any confidence in this product."

I have issues with terrible leg spasms caused by an electrolyte imbalance. If I take a scoop of this every day, I generally avoid the symptoms, especially at night. It's been a lifesaver. The orange one tastes pretty good. I've tried some other brands, but I do keep coming back to this one. Good value for the price.melanie

I used this and the berry version to get myself through chemo, which apparently washes salts out of the body. Hydration is really important, and this is flavourful enough. 1 or 2 glasses a day is enough to keep the system going.
