"I almost returned this one because I couldn't figure out how to turn it off or set a timer in the app.It turns out that you have to create a room in the app, add the outlet to that room, then set a timer for the room, instead of the unit.That is stupid and confusing, but it works, once you figure it out.So aside from the stupidity, it works as advertised.Wiz products aren't terrible. They are affordable, and offer some good options to your "smart home", but they can be counterintuitive and sometimes just downright glitchy and stupid."

They work great and set-up easily. I always set-up new items by pairing them where my router is located which makes it easier to pair. Once paired it is simple to disconnect the item and plug it where you are going to be using it.Anonymous
