"I’m really happy with this coffee table. I wasn’t sure what to expect because there were no reviews of this one specifically, only the larger square one. It was not too complicated to put together and I’m happy with the look of the faux wood, as it doesn’t look overly fake like some on Amazon do. The side paneling is pretty. It opens very easily. More difficult to close as it needs some pressure down. Internal storage is great but note you’ll see all of that clutter every time you open it. Despite being packaged in an obscene amount of styrofoam, there was a noticeable chip in the top. I wouldn’t mind if it was lower down but it’s right on the top corner. That is my only reason for 4 stars. If there wasn’t a chip it would be a 5 star review. I am very impressed with this coffee table considering the price compared to alternative lifting coffee tables. It is good value for money. Have only had the table for 3 days now and have used lifted twice. We will see how it lasts."
